Access to safe drinking water is one of the most basic yet critical determinants of public health. Recognizing this need early in its journey, the Foundation for Social Care (FSC) initiated localized water access interventions in underserved rural areas.

In 1998, FSC implemented a focused Tubewell & Handpump Installation Project, directly benefiting 40 rural beneficiaries.
This early initiative reflected FSC’s understanding that community welfare begins with basic infrastructure security.

In 2020, FSC strengthened its water access mission by installing 9 Drinking Water Units across 9 Villages Benefited.
